For being such a small town the drug problem is huge. And it all seems to center around these apartments. It was the worst place I ever lived.
The appliances are literally ancient and so inefficient. The air conditioner is one old wall unit in the bedroom that doesn't cool the rest of the apartment.
This place is a dump. There is so much crime and drugs. Most of the residents are on Section 8 and welfare so hardly anyone works. Neighbors are loud and annoying.
Good luck getting your laundry done because the little laundry facility is never locked so people from the town use it and there are never open machines. The apartments wreak of smoke because people smoke in the building hallway even though it's illegal to do it.
